  • Once your contract is signed and your 50% retainer is secured, we'll create a personalized client portal for you. Think of it as your wedding planning HQ! There, you'll find all your important documents neatly organized, and we'll send over a few welcome emails to kick-off the exciting planning journey together!

    In our initial planning phase, we'll tackle three key things together:

    1. Budget: We'll analyze your budget and create a realistic spending plan that reflects your priorities.

    2. Venue Selection: We'll embark on a fun-filled venue adventure to find the perfect space for your love story to unfold!

    3. Vendor Selection: We'll curate a dream vendor team that aligns with your vision and style. Get ready to meet some amazing people!

    My goal is to secure 75% of your key vendors in this phase (venue, caterer, photographer, cinematographer, band/DJ, officiant, cake baker, and transportation) that way, we can move on to the next stage with a solid foundation in place!

  • With your dream vendor team in place, we'll move on to the design phase:

    1. Florals: l We'll collaborate with a floral artist to craft stunning arrangements that reflect your unique style.

    2. Enhancements: We'll select luxury rentals and design elements like up-lighting, staging, and draping to create a truly immersive experience.

    3. Finishing Touches: From your stationery to a custom seating chart, we'll handle all the details ensuring everything is cohesive and beautiful.

  • About two-three months before the big day, we'll get together to:

    1. Timeline: We'll collaborate to create a detailed timeline that orchestrates every moment, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for everyone.

    1. Vendors: We'll collaborate with your venue, photographer, DJ, HMU artist, and all vendors to create a seamless timeline that adheres to everyone's schedule and contracts.

    2. Final Touches: We'll confirm details with your caterer, bartending company, florist, and rental company, ensuring everything aligns with your final guest count and vision.

    For month-of coordination clients, this is where we truly shine! We'll take the reins, ensuring every detail is perfectly executed for a picture-perfect wedding day.
